It all started when a 17-year-old boy was charged with two counts of first degree sexual abuse in February of last year

But his defence team argued the charges were dismissed after he was arrested by South County Sheriff’s Office deputies for his own personal safety

He was charged with the gross sexual imposition and gross indecency of a child charges which prosecutors later dropped

In his latest trial, Palm Beach County District Attorney Steve Wolfson claimed the prosecutor was attempting to discredit Mr Brown as the county’s ‘king of criminal courts’

But one of the boys who initially accused the mayor has come forward to say he was molested by the mayor while he w여성 마사지as in jail

The Palm Beach County’s mayor appeared Friday to plead guilty to a second-degree sexual assault charge, the same alleged alleged assault of a juvenile he was accused of molesting just one month before he ran for city-wide office in 2011.

‘The Palm Beach County government must take responsibility for the actions of its employees,’ said Palm Beach County District Attorney Steve Wolfson in a brief statement. ‘These actions are unacceptable.’

Mr Brown is accused of fondling the buttocks of an unidentified 15-year-old, who was found unconscious in his back yard while walking with his grandmother on March 18, 2011.

On Wednesday, the Palm Beach County Court rejected a request for Mr Brown’s jail time because of the juvenile age when the alleged act took place.

The Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office and South Florida’s largest newspaper, the Daily Palm Beach, both published a report on the March 18, 2011, incident that they said made it clear there was no smoking gun.

The reported victim did not show signs of physical harm. But according to two former teens who were under the age of 18 at the time, the boy asked Mr Brown to hold him up with one hand and kiss his thigh with the other as they made out while riding around town in a green SUV with tinted windows.

According to reports of the arrest made by the sheriff’s office, when he protested, the teen allegedly grabbed his leg.
