MATT RUSSEL: Well, not really. You know, I don’t know. I think that I am not speaking from experience, but I’ve just visited many places in this country that were quite normal. You know, they could, for example, drive the way they drive every other day. In fact, I think one of the great challenges for the military in the last twenty years is the inability to keep up with our population growth rate. I mean, there is not—there is no question of—we will never catch up with the pace of population growth in this country. You know, I mean, the military does a great job, obviously, in carrying out operations against drug lords, but their operations seem to go way ahead of national governments. But it’s also a question of whether our governments are able or willing to pay the enormous costs, that we’re all facing, to keep this country organized in such a way that it can deal with this growing population and make things work.
