Academic calls for inquiry into anti drug strategy after schoolgirl is killed by heroin overdose

A Brisbane schoolgirl who was found dead on the toilet floor at her north Brisbane home has been identified by coroner Richard Price as 25-year-old Alexandra Smith.

Ms Smith’s body was discovered on Thursday night after a drug overdose바카라 and police said he was the first person they had interviewed.

“The manner of death was self inflicted by heroin,” Crime Commissioner Andrew Scipione said.

“I know if I had not discovered her body it would have been a homicide, it would have been murder.”

Mr Price said officers were now reviewing the evidence, including whether Ms Smith had been sleeping on the toilet and whether she had had gospelhitzany access to the toilet before she died.

“It’s obviously a major tragedy,” he said.

Ms Smith’s family issued a statement urging the public to help them in their se카지노 사이트arch for their daughter.

“She would’ve loved a proper memorial service, that her friends, family and her loved ones would get,” the statement said.

“We are hoping that one day we may find out if there was a drug or alcohol problem before she passed away.”

Mr Price said officers had “received no evidence” to suggest Ms Smith was in a drug or alcohol problem when she died.

He said he had no further details on what, if anything, they had found with her body.

“No details have been handed to police about her body at this stage,” he said.
